cannot delete theme

  Hi,

  I want to delete my site and it won’t let me. It keeps saying I have to remove upgrades etc. but there are none active. All I have is a theme I bought that I cannot delete and I think this is preventing me from deleting. I keep getting taken to the manage purchases page but there is nothing I can delete there.

  Can you help please?

  Canceling upgrades
  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

  Hi @amyhollinrake, I can remove the premium theme for you but we wouldn’t be able to add it again. Also, the site name would not become available again anytime soon should you decide you want it back.

  Can I recommend making the site private instead? You could do that here:
  https://wordpress.com/settings

  Otherwise, if you definitely want me to remove the upgrade, confirm here and we’ll take care of it. Thanks!

  Hi, thank you for the response. If you could delete the theme that would be great. I would like the site deleting and I think this is whats stopping me from doing so. That’s fine in terms of the site name.
