Cannot disconnect a site

    Hello all and happy new year. I’m trying to delete a site from my site list, but I get the message that I have premium upgrades connected to it. I didn’t do any premium purchases and when I go to my billing history it’s blank. I do have though a €13 charge in my bank account from wordpress on 30/10/2015 (WPCHRG.COM 13,00 EUR). Please let me know what the charge is for since I didn’t do any purchases and how can I have a return. Also how can I correct the problem and be able to delete my site.
