cannot disconnect jetpack sites

  i have a bunch of jetpack sites that no longer exists. i can see those site on my mobile app and in here (“Select the blog you need help with:). but i cannot see them in “switch site” or https://wordpress.com/sites and i cannot open them in my wordpress.com admin page, which means i cannot get rid of them. can anyone help me with this?
