Cannot display the same as the premium website

  Hello,

  I have just sign up a wordpress.com account. When i try to browse the premium website theme an click ‘Try & Customise’ to see how it goes in my site, it is completely different!
  This is the site that i want : https://janicedemo.wordpress.com
  And my site cannot display the full function like the above website, it is completely different…why is it the case? I try the free theme as well, it is also cannot display completely..please help!
