Cannot downgrade Business plan to Personal plan

    Problem: I see the issue! You’re currently on a Business plan, and you can’t downgrade directly to Personal through the regular upgrade process.

    I followed the steps, but I still can’t upgrade. When I select “personal plan” the page displays “You have no items in your cart. Sorry, that plan is not compatible with this site.” I can only checkout by selecting “Commerce plan”. I want the personal plan not the commerce plan.

    Hey Michael!

    I dug a little deeper, and I can see exactly why the upgrade wasn’t going through.

    When your Business plan was canceled earlier, some of its features didn’t fully detach from the site. That leftover setup was blocking the Personal plan from being added and only showing Commerce as an option.

    I could have removed those features manually and asked you to re-try the upgrade, but I went ahead and took a simpler route for you and applied the Personal plan directly. It’s now active and set to expire on November 4, 2025, so you’ll just need to manually renew it once before that date. After your first renewal, it will continue renewing automatically on its own.
