Cannot downgrade plan

    Hi! I would like to downgrade to Starter and get the refund for the Explorer plan I just got because it is not what I expected. I cannot do it myself, I get a message to contact support for this. thank you!

    Sorry to hear the Explorer plan was not the right fit, do you mind sharing more about why you decided to downgrade?

    I was able to successfully downgrade your plan to the Starter plan, and issue a full refund for the Explorer upgrade.
