Cannot download .xml file

  I am trying to export all the content from one blog on wordpress to blogger, but I cannot download the .xml file. It says

  “Unable to download export.php from foolishblatherings.wordpress.com.

  Unable to open this Internet site. The request site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.”

  I tried it numerous times. What is going on?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s odd, it’s trying to download the export page itself.

  Can you tell us which browser (and version of) you’re using?
