Cannot drag and drop Menu items properly

  This has been infuriating me for over an hour.

  I’m trying to drag a newly added Menu item to the top and it will not let me no matter what I do.

  Once I drag it more than half-way up, the dotted outline stays at the very bottom and it won’t let me drag anything toward the top. Am I seriously going to have to delete my entire Menu just to put this one link where I need it to be?

  Would be nice if there was a manual ordering option for menu items.

  Even if I move the menu item up one level, let it load, up one more level, etc. it still eventually jumps back down to the bottom.

  This has been an issue for months now and it’s seriously frustrating.
