Cannot Edit and Save Header/Footer

    Hello! I contacted support earlier, but was not able to get my issue resolved. I created my whole website and then wasn’t able to change the header or footer earlier. When I went into ‘Appearance’ and then ‘Customization’ and changed what I wanted, it would not save. I kept getting an error code: json_parse_error. I have created part of the website again and tried editing the header, but keep getting the same error code. I have tried uninstalling all of the plugins, but that did not work.

    Hey there! It looks like you might be using a self-hosted WordPress website. This forum is for questions related to sites hosted by WordPress.com, as opposed to self-hosted sites using WordPress.org.
