cannot edit blog posts

    For some reason I am not about to edit or create blog posts. When I hit edit or add new blog post it takes me to the WP admin page, I enter my email & password and then it says my password in invalid but I was hyst on my site approving comments and do everything else on my blog that I can. This is extremely frustrating and has been a problem since you updated your interface. Please someone help me. – Courtney

    Hi @cmcarey13, I think I see the issue.

    You’re using a free copy of WordPress with another host. That has its own separate logins.

    You’ve also connected your site to our tools and interface through Jetpack.

    Normally, when you start a new post, it would just open the default WordPress editor, which works well here.

    But your site has some other editor installed, like Classic or Elementor. Those have their own separate interface. Our site has detected that and sends you to your wp-admin area.

    If you’ll log in here (again, it’s a different login and password from our service) you can see a few differences:

    And you’ll also be able to compose your posts in the editor of your choice.

    You’re welcome to use whichever dashboard style you prefer. Just note Elementor isn’t supported in our interface, so you’ll need to use /wp-admin for that. And then just bear in mind you have two different logins, so you can use whichever one is needed. You can reset the password on your site if needed:
