Cannot edit domain contact info

I have received the “Howdy” email informing me that I am the new owner of the blog wncpoa.wordpress.com and the domain wncpoa.com.
However, clicking on the link to make sure the contact information for the domain is up to date: https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/wncpoa.com results in a WordPress.com page where nothing results when “My Site” is clicked.
How can I make the required updates?

I can confirm your account is in good standing, and I see that your domain transfer of wncpoa.com wrapped up successfully last week. I may not be understanding your issue however.
You mean to say that if you visit this page nothing is loading for you? Or do you mean that it does load for you, but from there you are not able to click on the My Site link?

The WordPress page you linked loads, but it is a blank page, and nothing happens when the My Site at top left is clicked. According to the info sheet about updating contact info, that is supposed to lead to Manage -> Domains where I can update the contact information.

What browser are you using? Does it happen if you try a different browser? Are you using any browser extensions? Can you try disabling them and seeing if that changes things?

I was able to access My Site using Explorer browser. What is the problem using Chrome? Perhaps AdBlocker? I will try with it disabled the next time.

If I had to guess, I would say that AdBlocker (or some other extension) could be causing the problem.
Those extensions are handy, but they can also cause unintended problems.
