  You currently have Front Page displays in Settings -> Reading set to a static page, and your Front page is set to your Welcome.

  So, in your blog dashboard, you can navigate to Pages -> All Pages, move your cursor over the title, and click Edit.

  Alternatively, while viewing your front page, you can move your cursor over the blog menu (top left) in the admin bar, then click Edit to do the same thing.
