Cannot edit page – Unknown error

Hi, I cant edit my page Products > Mainstream. The button on there won’t download the PDF and when I want to fix it in avada live an unknown error pops up.
Please help!

I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites associated with the user account you are posting from. This frequently means that you have a site using the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere.

I’m not sure about this .com or .org thing. I know we are hosting with Xneelo but on their system it says that we are .com.
It’s difficult to get support and would appreciate any advice you are willing to give me.

This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
