Cannot edit pages – Elements not shown when in edit mode

    Hey,

    I’m using a wordpress website for my university club. I recently updated WordPress on WordPress 4.8.2 and then I updated my plugins and the theme (which is Virtue Free). Since then I cannot edit my pages anymore. The text is shown correctly on the page, but when I go to edit-mode it doesn’t show the elements anymore. When I try to create a new page the same thing happens. It even deletes all the typed-in content when switching between Default-Editor and Visual Page Builder.

    Already tried emptying the cache and turning off the browser protection.
    Any advice what it could be?
