cannot edit past post

  I want to edit my past post but cannot. An error message says: “Invalid post address. This post cannot be found. Check the web address or start a new post.” I checked with Go Daddy who I purchased the domain but everything was ok with them.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  What is the exact URL of the post you are trying to edit?

  And how are you trying to edit it? Via the Edit link on your site when you look at the post, via My Site ->Posts, or via Post ->All Posts in WP-Admin?

  Hi, I have the same problem. I went to my blog, view the post and click edit. I had the same error message. But if I go to wp-admin -> post I can edit it from there.

  Are you saying you’re also seeing the Invalid Post address message? What is the URL of the post, please? Is it a specific post, or all posts on your site?

  I think I’ve managed to fix mine. After I went to wp-admin and edited my post, I changed theme and came back to view my blog and tried edit from there again. It works now. Thanks.
