Cannot edit Permalink for my blog

  There was supposed to be an option to choose from different link styles under Settings > Permalinks (according to https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks).

  I’m not able to navigate to the Permalinks panel. I don’t find it anywhere.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, that option is only on wordpress.ORG software installs. It does NOT exist on wordpress.COM hosted blogs like http://xerxesdeejey.wordpress.com/ because we cannot change permalink structure.

  Notre that the only relevant support docs for wordpress.COM hosted sites are here https://support.wordpress.com/ The Codex is for wordpress.ORG installs only.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
