Cannot edit template

  I would like to edit my new blog template but I cannot find the code in order to change it. Years ago I remember seeing a different dashboard interface that had an ‘Appearance’ tab through which code could be accessed. However, all I can access are very simplistic editing tools to change pictures and text but nothing else. Can you help?

  Hello @halleratya,
  If you are trying to edit the CSS code, then you can do that by going to My Sites→Customize(Beside the Theme option). This will open the site customizer. On the sidebar of the customizer click on the CSS tab.

  The UI you are talking about is the old WP-ADMIN wordpress dashboard which can still be accessed through http://pectusexcavatum.blog/wp-admin/ or https://YOURSITENAME.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ (replace YOURSITENAME with your site’s subdomain name).

  Hello @otpidusprime thank you so much for taking the time to answer my question. I really appreciate it. I am looking for the CSS tab but it is not there :(

  Customizing CSS is part of the Premium and Business WordPress plans. Make sure you have upgraded your account which any one of these plans to access the CSS Editor.
