Cannot edit website

  Help! I had malware on my sight and then paid for Sitelock to remove it. After removing and running regular scans, I can no longer edit my website with the visual tab. The text tab still works, but there are a bunch of codes on there and I am unable to edit that way. Why can I not find live support for WordPress? Very frustrating, I need to change some things on my website asap and I am unable to.

  Sorry but you are in the wrong place. These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com
  
  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.
  http://wordpress.org/support/

  If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you’ll need to register one there.
