cannot embed mixcloud onto my site
-
I cannot seem to embed a mixcloud widget on to my site. It just shows the simple text.
Asked a friend to try through his account – same problem.
I guess there’s a bug somewhere – what do we do?Thanks

If you are open to sharing, can you post your Mixcloud widget code here? I can have a look at it and suggest further.

Have you followed the official instructions on how to embed a Mixcloud player?

Hey, I´m having the same problem. My page is http://www.lakowol.wordpress.com and the link I´m trying to embed is <iframe width=”100%” height=”120″ src=”https://www.mixcloud.com/widget/iframe/?hide_cover=1&light=1&hide_artwork=1&feed=%2Fmichalina-kowol2%2Fcaf%C3%A9-colombiano-en-alemania%2F” frameborder=”0″ ></iframe> or [mixcloud https://www.mixcloud.com/michalina-kowol2/café-colombiano-en-alemania/ width=100% height=120 hide_cover=1 light=1 hide_artwork=1] if I copy it with the WordPress option. But both just won´t work on my blog.

michalinakowol, <iframe> code is not allowed on WordPress.com Premium plan and below for security reasons. You can read about it here. https://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
If you need to use this, you will have to upgrade your WordPress.com site to WordPress.com Business plan.
Additionally, in the future, please refrain from posting on others’ threads. You can post a fresh thread here and we will help.
