Cannot Enable Comments For One Of My Blog Posts

  I have Allow comments turned on, and comments are still disabled on one of my posts. I have unchecked and saved. Then checked it on again, and saved. No luck. Any suggestions to fix this?

  Hi there,

  Comments are closed on that post as it’s 9 years old. You have enabled the option to close comments on posts that over one-year-old. To disable that go to your discussion settings (https://wordpress.com/settings/discussion/) and turn of the Automatically close comments on articles older than option or extend the auto-close time.
