cannot enter site

  hello, I am unable to log-in and access my site. Everytime I enter my username/password then click log-in, the site erases the information and resets the log-in page. My log-in info worked to get into this wordpress site to message you, so I know my information is correct. Now, our website cannot be accessed from the front or back end. Can you provide any assistance here?
