Cannot enter to our website

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    We cannot go to our website and it appears below sentences, ‘There has been a critical error on your website. Learn more about debugging in WordPress.’

    We received an email from wordpress, they provide a link for recovery mode, but we can’t login to the link too. We have no way to solve the problem, please advise what is our next step to do.

    Please share the site URL so that we can help you further.

    Also please check whether your site is hosted on WordPress.com and not using WordPress.org software which is hosted on another host.

    This forum helps the sites hosted on WordPress.com only.
