Cannot enter username or email address

I have lost all details of my wordpress login and none of my email addresses are being accepted. I cannot remember any of my login details but my website email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff). This is not accepted and cannot be found which means i cant reset any passwords either. How do I advance forward. Many thanks.

The site holistictherapiesclinic.co.uk appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site, and not a site on WordPress.com.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only the ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
However, if you have access to the server control panel through the host for your site, it is always possible to regain access to a self-hosted WordPress site. This WordPress.org Codex article will walk you through it: http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
You may also wish to contact your hosting support team for direct assistance; they would be in the best position to help with the above instructions.
