cannot establish database connection after IP blocked by jetpack, now cannot access dashboard

After my IP was blocked by the wordpress plugin jetpack, I edited the wp-config.php file to attempt to unblock it. However, as soon as I did this my website was down with the message ‘Error establishing a database connection’. So I tried to upload the original wp-config file from my local backup, but it didn’t make a difference. Now from this computer I can’t access either the website or the wp-admin, but from other computers I can access the website but not the wp-admin. I think I might need to edit the wp-config file to set the correct parameters, but I tried and it didn’t work. Here is my website: okinawa-turtles.com, and the webhost I am using is webhostingforstudents.com. Could you assist me in figuring out what is going on? Also what I should do to set the correct wp-config parameters?
