Cannot even find the header option anymore

  I seem to recall an option to set up a header and a bit of a theme on my blog.

  Well, now I can’t even find it.

  AND I’VE CLICKED EVERYWHERE.

  I’ve only logged in once or twice,
  so I sort of understand being
  lost, but this is rediculous!

  Please tell me where to go!
