Cannot even load/access wordpress live chat support!

  I am simply not able to get onto the live chat support at all! Very disappointing and frustrating, the issue has been ongoing since yesterday. I don’t know how to get in touch with wordpress to resolve some issues on my website. I also need this issue with my chat fixed.

  It simple says “couldn’t load messages” (image attached). I am very securely connected to the internet, and have been able to publish and edit my site, but not access chat. I am on a premium plan.
