Cannot export content

    For as yet unknown reasons, one of my sites was suddenly suspended for alleged violation of the terms of service. While waiting for someone to respond to my query of why, I decided I would use export content to ensure I have a copy. But when I try, I get a message saying ‘There was a problem preparing your export file. Please check your connection and try again, or contact support.’ I’ve just tried export content with my other sites and they all worked perfectly. Any help would be appreciated.
