cannot export due to log in issues

I’ve not been able to export my content to bluehost. There is an issue with a long gone email and signing in. For some reason no matter what I do, I cannot sign in with the current email. I paid my current subscription with that newer email and have the transaction ID. My WordPress account goes back to 2009-10.
‘Csonnek’ on 12/3 sent me the following:
‘you need to run the export while logged in as dispatchesfromeden as that’s the account that owns the site phyllisalberici.wordpress.com. ‘
When I tried that I wound up with just a Reader view and no record of payment and also under the profile is phyllisalberici575722054. I have no idea. Please send help! Thanks.Correct account: Unknown

The problem is you are stilled logged in as phyllisalberici575722054. You must completely log out from current account phyllisalberici575722054 and log in again as dispatchesfromeden. As you have a transaction ID, it’s very easy to restore access to your account dispatchesfromeden at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
