Cannot Export Files

    I’m trying to export my website, but it won’t let me. I keep getting the error message ‘There was a problem preparing your export file. Please check your connection and try again, or contact support.’ According to the message on my home page, I should still be able to export my files.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes
