cannot export. help!

  I can’t export my site. I’m using a free account where I built my site and after I was done I got an account on bluehost. Now I want to migrate from my free account -> bluehost.
  But every time I try to export, it says there is an error with my connection. And yes, I reset everything, it didn’t work.
