Cannot find a login that I made – Am being charged for a subscription

I have been charged $18 renewal on a credit card that I used for another wordpress account, but I cannot find a login (I have 3 that I have records for) that associated with that –therefore, I cannot get a customer service rep on the line, email, or livechat to help me troubleshoot, cancel, and process a refund. Can someone from customer service and/or Billing please contact me? I have the charge card number and I have called the bank, but they don’t show a phone number where I could reach your business department….We may need to delete that unused and dormant account, but I would like to refute the charge with wordpress directly, rather than, say, telling my bank to refuse the charge. Please email me asap so we can sort things out — I have been unable to find the username under which that auto-renew charge was posted on July 4th of this most recent statement period. Please help… : )

You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
