Cannot find a way to export my mailing list.

  Cannot find a way to export my mailing list.

  When I go to plugins I get this page

  

  which means I can’t install anything.

  I have tried to install Jetpack and it says Good News, you’ve nearly got it all, but I can’t finish that.

  Any ideas on how I can export my mailing list?
