Cannot find account

All I can find is the above account, mygetcoaching, which I don’t use. I am trying to find the account for https://billwilliamson.wordpress.com
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with the actual blog’s name in that URL.
I recommend bookmarking that link or memorizing it.
You can update your email address here https://wordpress.com/me
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login correctly under the relevant username account.
If you did not register the site under your username account and do not have the required access, then you need to contact the person who registered the account and site under it, and have them act or transfer the site to your username account by using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
If the login information has been lost go to

I can log in to my account, but it doesn’t show the site I use: a journey of faith. It only shows a site I don’t use. I have been writing blogs for a journey of faith lately, but recently cleared out history/caches and so not sure what has happened, and why I can’t write a blog on that site.
-
Please be aware that a journey of faith is meaningless to us as many sites have the same site titles. We require the actual URL and the username account that registered it.
I located https://ajourneyoffaith.wordpress.com/ which has not been updated since March 27, 2008
-
I also located https://billwilliamson.wordpress.com/ which also has the site title: A Journey of Faith and tagline of Pastor Bill Williamson.
See here for the matching username account that registered the site https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/billwilliamson
You are not logged in under the correct username account so clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login correctly under the relevant username account

So, yes, it’s https://billwilliamson.wordpress.com/, and it does show my Journey of Faith site. I tried clearing caches and logged in, but still could only find the other site, not the journey of faith site. It’s so weird, because I did a recent post about a week ago and had no problems.

So, I do http://billwilliamson.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ and it takes me to my account, but only one site is listed, which is the site I don’t use. Why can’t I see my other site?
-
You appear to have more than one username account and appear to have registered sites under different username accounts. Therefore, you must logout of one account, clear both your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and use the login information for the other account in order to gain access to the sites registered under it.

Hi pbwilliamson,
I am trying to find the account for https://billwilliamson.wordpress.com
billwilliamson.wordpress.com is owned by another account — you will need to login as
billwilliamson to access the site. Please try logging out of your pbwilliamson account and login as billwilliamson instead.
Let me know how you get on.
-
I tried logging in as billwilliamson, needing to request a password, and then when I reset the password it said it was a wrong password.
To a question above, I did accidentally create the getcoaching site with the current email address, and in the past realized that my journeyoffaith site was under an old email address. However, I changed that account to use the current email address, and it was working fine until this past weekend.
-
Hi pbwilliamson,
I’ve sent an email to the address we have on our system for billwilliamson. For security reasons, I can’t share the email address as you are contacting us from another account — so please check all of your email addresses.
Thanks!
-
I went to old email addresses and there was no email. Nor was there an email from you to my current email address.
-
Staff emailed to the email address for this username account https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/billwilliamson
Will you please confirm that the email address here https://wordpress.com/me/account is correct there.
If you cannot locate the email verification check your email client spam filter, and if you use gmail or google apps please consult these guides:

I did finally receive an email to a very old email address from you and responded. That address was changed awhile ago, so not sure what happened. How can I link it to my current wordpress account?

Hi pbwilliamson,
I’ve just replied to your last email.
I did finally receive an email to a very old email address from you and responded. That address was changed awhile ago, so not sure what happened.
I contacted the email address listed on the Account Settings page for that account — this is the only email address we are able to use to contact a site owner. I mentioned why the email address may not have been updated in my reply. I’ll continue to help you there.
Thanks!
