Cannot find account with my username

Please help
We had a blog called daycarecoms and we cannot seem to acces it anymore. When we do the account recovery form it just says that it cannot find that account to match the username.
I know I have the right username.
We paid someone to create the WordPress blog and they opened the account for us.
Please help we need our blog back. -

++I think I have the username registered but I I can not get it through forgot password any way, neither exists cuartin.wordpress.com
