Cannot find anything anymore

  Hello,

  You have become too smart for me, or your developers have something in their breakfast tea that is not suitable with my needs. Your “new” editor tool is horrible and I no longer can find the old one that I used to access via “Comments.”

  Furthermore, I cannot find any “live chat” function with you.

  I have a business package with you, but by the look of it I do not matter anything to you. So unless you fix this problem quickly. I am off to somehwere else where people DO listen to their clients more than their developers.

  Hi there,

  There is no way to access the editor via comments, so I’m not sure what you are referring to.

  If you prefer to use the WP-Admin editor, click on My Sites, and click the WP-Admin link at the bottom of the menu. You can also reach that dashboard directly via this link:

  http://kjellhanssen.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  Once you’re in that dashboard, click on Posts or Pages to get to the editor.

  You can reach that link by clicking on your profile image in the top-right section of the admin bar and clicking the Help option, or by clicking the ? that appears on every page of the My Sites dashboard.
