Cannot find blog posts page

I’m using the theme Harmonic and figured out how to make a beautiful static page, but for the life of me I don’t know how to link to that list of latest blog posts in my navigation bar. My 5 posts are all showing in my Dashboard and everything is there, so they’re sitting around somewhere.
For the Harmonic theme in Customize > Theme > Visiblity, I’ve only unchecked the Title and News sections, and the rest of the sections are checked. Based on https://harmonicdemo.wordpress.com/front-page-setup/ I should be seeing my latest posts in the news section.
Maybe I’m just missing something obvious, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just discovered that my latest posts show up only when I’m not viewing the site in a maximized screen. They show up fine when it’s not maximized, (I’m using Chrome), and the links still work… this is a weird issue.
Is there still a way to link to a new page of the latest posts in my navigation bar?

Resolved!!! This took way too long to figure out. Have to create a new empty page, then mess with Reading settings (see below link for full instructions).
