Cannot find company account that originally bought domain

  My company purchased this domain in July of 2022 and we’ve had considerable employee turnover in that time. Since then, we’ve lost track of who in the company purchased the URL. Our DNS records are now not working and we cannot redirect the URL to the site. If we have the user name we can probably reset the password, we just don’t know where to look. HELP!
