Cannot find File Block

  Trying to use new editor. Want to add a link to a file. Help suggests using File Block but I can find no image of the icon or any block icon which says File. Tried /file to no avail

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello @paultwibill,

  Do you wish to show a link to display a file from your media? If its a image, you can use the image block, or the gallery block for multiple block.

  If you want to have it as a button or Icon, you can use an image block and add a hyperlink to it.

  You can do the same for documents too.

  Hi there,

  The file block is not currently available in the editor at My Sites, but you will be able to use it if you go to https://paultwibill.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ instead and create/edit your posts at Posts ->All Posts there.

  Hi there,

  I just wanted to let you know that the file block has now been added in the My Sites editor as well.

  Please give it a try, and let us know if you run into any issues using it.
