Cannot find infinite scroll toggle on/off

  Where is the toggle on/off for infinite scroll? The help docs say it’s in
  settings->writing, but it’s not there? Has it moved?

  I’m so frustrated I gave up and just added a footer to override the infinite scroll. But thanks for the offer to help!
