Cannot find login info / Cannot determine email attached to blog

  I’m writing about another account/blog that I cannot sign into (I’ve forgotten the password since I haven’t logged in in awhile).

  Blog: https://orangechairstudio.wordpress.com/
  Username: orangechairstudio
  Email: ?

  I tried the “Lost password” feature with that username, but it doesn’t seem to be connected to any of my existing email addresses (aka, I don’t receive the reset email in my inboxes or spam). And I can’t find the original activation email from years ago (so I can’t recover the account).

  Is there a way to figure out the email address associated with my blog? Otherwise, can I just cancel the blog altogether (the info on the blog is outdated)? I can’t log in to do either.

  Hi there!

  Have you tried with the Account Recovery Form?

  If that doesn’t work and you need a Staff member to answer your question, you can add a modlook tag to the Tags field on the side of the page. Also have a look at:

  @stefbarz – Thanks for your quick reply! Unfortunately, I don’t have any of the Proof of Ownership requirements – 1) not a paid account, 2) either deleted my activation URL or it’s attached to another email that I have forgotten, and 3) didn’t set up 2FA.

  I’ve added a modlook tag based on your comment and link. Hopefully that works. Thanks again!

  In order to gain access to the site, you will need to provide proof of ownership. If you do not have information we ask for on the Account Recovery form, I can send an email to the address we have on our system for the site owner.

  For security reasons, I can’t share which email address this is so you would need to check all of your accounts as well as the spam folders.

  However, could I also pm you my existing email addresses to either 1) see if any of those are connected, or 2) confirm that none of them are connected?
