cannot find my administration page

  I am trying to set up a sitemap to submit to google, these are the instructions I have:

  Simply download the Zip-Archive and extract all files into your wp-content/plugins/ directory. <— I have done this part but am stuck on the next step :

  Then go into your WordPress administration page, click on Plugins and activate it. After that you will have a new menu point called “Sitemap” under the “Options” menu. You can alter the default change frequencies, filename and other options there. Click once on “Rebuild Sitemap” to create your sitemap the first time.

  If anyone can help me with this I would really appreciate it

  Since you are talking about plugins you are in the wrong forum. We cannot use plugins here.

  Head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ which is where self-hosted wordpress blogs are supported.
