Cannot find my site

It has been some time since I have added to my site and seeing I am paying Godaddy.com $120 a year for my domain name and hosting, I should use it. But now it is telling me I need to update and I do not understand how. I tried following the directions, but where do I access my site to add and remove content? WordPress.org, or WordPress.com? Both sites know me, but when I download the file, it’s just a bunch of computer code that I have no idea where to put. I cannot afford to pay anyone to build my site, back In the day, I used WordPress to make my own, how do I do that again, even if I need to start over, I don’t care. I will start new. Can you point me in a good direction to start fresh with my old site? thanks, J

deluxsauce? If not, please don’t post into threads created by other people.scriptureonshirts.net is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.
