cannot find my site got someone elses

  i could not log in to my wordpress sites as harddrive accident and lost info but after
  putting in my e mail and requesting a password change i found myself in someone elses page and i cannot access my dashboard.
  my wordpress page is anonymoustherevolutionwillnotbetelevised
  the blog url below is not mine.
