Cannot find my sites on my account.

  Hi,

  I am not able to find my sites on my account. My account looks like it was never active. I cannot get to my sites to update anything.

  Thanks for that. Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

  Typically, you can log into your site by adding /wp-login.php to the end of each URL.

  If you have trouble, you should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this issue.
