Cannot find option to change administrative email address

Hi there
Anytime someone fills in the form to contact me the email notification goes to (email visible only to moderators and staff). However I wanted to change that to (email visible only to moderators and staff) because I am closing the other account. I can’t seem to find the option for this.
When someone comments on my blogs it goes to the e9v3ashan email which is what I want but the contact form option seems to be linked to (email visible only to moderators and staff).
I have thought maybe my administrative email address needs to be changed but the option is not in the Settings-General-Classic view page
I’m so confused!! Would appreciate any support.
