cannot find 'plugin' buttom.

  Hi,
  I want to add social media plugin (Floating Social Media Icon) on my site, but I don`t know how apload it on my site. On video instructions I saw on left side of cockpit the button ‘plugin’, just under button ‘appparance’, but I havent got it. Is this plugin available only for wordpres.org? Can I it somehow switch on ? Help please :-).

  Some of the most important plugin features are built in to WordPress.com as standard and you can’t upload your own (unless you switch to self-hosting with a WordPress.org installation), there are some more differences which you can read through to help get a better picture of how both types work.
