Cannot find renewal page

All your emails about not being able to process my renewal have a link that leads to a page asking whether I want to UPGRADE. I don’t want to upgrade; just renew. I thought I had entered the current credit card. Please let me know whether the renewal has gone through, and tell me where to do it if not.

It looks like the issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of any upgrades.
Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade you want to renew. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew.

Thanks ‘rootjosh’. At first I thought that your reply was not helpful because I have not purchased any upgrades for my account. However, it turns out that this forum appended something to my posting that I was not aware of:
“The blog I need help with is lakconference2013.wordpress.com.”
I had completely forgotten about this ‘blog’ and didn’t know that the checkout was for it. The conference is long past and I was not the owner, so I do not want to renew anything here. -
No worries, dansuthers. Now I think I understand the “youwontletmeusemyname” username too. :)
