cannot find site visibility option

  Hello, i want to set up the visibility of my wordpress blogs, but I am not able to find the “site visibility” option, is it because my account is not a premium account?
  Thank you for your help.

  If you are asking about the privacy options for your blog, about who can view your site, then look here:
  dashboard—>settings—>reading—>site visibility—>select

  Allow search engines to index this site
  Discourage search engines from indexing this site

  Note: Neither of these options blocks access to your site — it is up to search engines to honor your request.

  I would like my site to be private, visible only to users I choose
  —>save changes

  No – All blogs at WordPress.COM have those options, however you must be an Admin to see them in the Dashboard and change them
