Cannot find subscription

    Hello, we have used WordPress in the beginning of a new site, but we ended up transferring out to a different platform.
    However, I have a few subscriptions that were setup, and I cannot find where it was setup, but it shows up on my monthly card.
    How can I cancel them?

    First, I want to make sure that those monthly charges are associated with WordPress.com. To check that, please fill out the form below.

    Why was I charged?

    If the charges are indeed associated with our service, you probably have another account with us. To access that other account and cancel any upgrades, you can provide us with a transaction ID as proof of ownership. To retrieve that, please follow the instructions in the guide below.

This guide will show you how to view your receipts, make changes, and answer common questions about your transaction history. View Your Receipts To access your billing history: Click on your profile at https://wordpress.com/me. On the side, select the Purchases 

    Once you have the transaction ID, you can send it to us using this form: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
