Cannot find the No-Ads upgrade for my renewal

  I received a renewal notice for $18, but I had purchased the No-Ads upgrade for an additional $30. I do not see how to add this upgrade at the same time as the renewal. It is clear that new accounts must upgrade to premium, but I am not a new account. Please let me know how to purchase the $30 no adds option again. Thank you.

  Well this is embarrassing…

  It turns out that I was logged in as an administrator of the account and not the owner. Once I logged in as the owner (different account), the renew options showed up as expected.

  Thank you for the links, it made it easier to find. Sorry for my confusion.
